1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Player', 'User') and dh999 ('the Platform', 'we', 'us', 'our'). By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered on dh999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and during any subsequent account verification process. Providing false information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players, syndicates, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share winnings, or exploit platform mechanics in a coordinated manner.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment cards or accounts; identity theft; or providing forged documents during KYC verification.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the dh999 platform without express prior written consent from dh999. Unauthorized use of any dh999 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh999 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Specifically, dh999 shall bear no liability for:
